FEI Scholarship Fund 1388 a fund of Silicon Valley Community Foundation

Please note:  Currently, scholarship awards for the benefit of students attendingSanta Clara University are funded directly from The FEI Scholarship Fund 1388.

Each year the Silicon Valley Chapter of FEI selects and awards scholarships to students at four Bay Area Universities (Click here for the News article)

The scholarships are awarded after interviewing as many as 30 students from among the 75 to 100 accounting/finance students that apply for the scholarships.  The awards are primarily based on academic achievement, leadership skills as demonstrated by extracurricular activities, and career plans in the finance or accounting field.

In order to keep administrative costs to a minimum, we have partnered with Silicon Valley Community Foundation, a 501©(3) charitable organization, to support scholarship opportunities to students pursuing careers in the finance field. The FEI Scholarship Fund 1388 is a fund at Silicon Valley Community Foundation allowing your donation to be tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Silicon Valley Community Foundation’s federal tax ID number is 20–5205488.  Currently, scholarship awards for the benefit of students attending Santa Clara Universityare funded directly from The FEI Scholarship Fund 1388.  Scholarship awards for the benefit of students attending Cal Berkeley, Cal State University East Bay, and San Jose State University are funded from the FEI-SV general fund.
